The language barrier. The driver that picked us up on Wednesday, had a translator on his phone. We had a hard time locating him because we didnt know where to go but he sent pictures & was very nice.
The driver that picked us up on Saturday was a nightmare! He had the wrong address, I explained to him I couldnt understand him & he kept hanging the phone up & would call back. Needless to say, he frightened me driving! When he talked, we struggled to understand what he was saying but his tone was rude, he was angry.
