On March 1, 2024, I got an extremely nasty driver who lied about when I and my companion got into the car so that he could charge me an extra $12 late fee. This is the 2nd time I have had trouble with the same driver. I wrote to complain and received a call back, but all they were interested in doing was taking the driver's side, even when I said they were going to lose me forever as a customer when I had been a long-time customer previously. Stay away from this car service - there are a lot better options around now.
