The pick up was fine we booked both ways paid £83. But each way we were charged another $34 for toll and tip I have travelled to NYC a good few times and had transfers but never been charged anymore money and I have always tipped the driver myself at my discretion. So a bit disappointed.

Toyota Avalon is far from being a limo. The car must have had more than 200 000 clicks. The shocks were completely gone. The driver was rude. Never, ever again!

Sam arrived ten minutes early and we took the Holland Tunnel to the Newark New Jersey Airport. He was one of the best private airport drivers I have had in many years; he had a great sense of humor, too. He explained the various options to pay for the toll and gratuity. He also checked my flight several times to make sure of the terminal. He made my airport transfer a great experience! Thank you Carmel and Sam.
