I contacted the tour operator several times before the scheduled transport for our family of 5 to the airport for a 8am flight. I never recieved a response. At 5:00am while we were waiting for them, I called and the operator casually said that they didn't have a driver. She did not apologize, offer alternate transportation or explain why. We were in Times Square with 5 adults, 5 bags and no ride to a quickly approaching flight. I have requested a refund but will not be compensated for the stress of that morning, the extra money we spent by having to get two cabs or the time I've spent trying to get my money back. Horrible experience.
