Absolutely appalling service, I paid in full in April this year, and confirmed by phone the day before only to be told, after waiting on hold for 15 minutes at USA roaming rates, 15 minutes after the pickup time, that my ride had been cancelled due to "lack of vehicles"! I would certainty never use Carmel Limousines again, and reccommend that nobody else does.
