Our driver was 25 minutes late picking us up because "he didn't have the address of the hotel." As we all know, one only has to put the name of the hotel into a maps app to find the address, but he did not. We planned our trip so we had 4 hours prior to our departure. Our plan was to arrive at the airport three hours earlier than departure so we could have a nice dinner prior to our overnight flight. Because the driver was late, traffic was worse, causing another 45 minute delay. When we got to the airport, it was closer to departure time, so the security lines we longer and TSA pre-check had just closed. We did not get to have any dinner and arrived at the gate as the international flight was boarding. DO NOT use this company if you are on a time schedule. Had we left from our hotel on time, this could have all been avoided.
