I filed a complaint last Monday and asked for a refund but still no reply.
On wednesday I emailed this company about this issue. So far no reply.
Weeks in advance I made a reservation for my family to be picked up at 04.30pm last Monday.
This was at the Hampton Inn Manhattan/Times Square south hotel to JFK.
Early in the Monday morning we got a: “Show me my car” link.
At 04.30 pm no SUV, 04.45 no SUV.
Asked the hotel to dial your number. They phoned twice, Phone wasn’t answered.
My wife, son and grandchild panicked. They waited till 05.00pm. No SUV.
They had a plane to catch to Amsterdam.
Finally they got hold of a yellow cab to take them to JFK, hopefully in time during rush hour.
Another $ 75 had to be payed.
No calls, no notification of any delay.
I payed € 104 to your company which I can’t rely on.
I read your terms and Conditions and it says a lot about the customer not showing up, but nothing about you not showing up or being too late.
I am really very pissed about this. You offer service you can't rely on.
As to my knowledge finally the driver showed up at 05.10pm. but then my family were already on their way to the airport with a yellow cab. That was not the deal.
