Terrible! The car service was unprofessional ( they claimed to have no info about my pick up location from Viator, called me 30 min b4 actual pick up, and this was after I'd registered my departure details days before the service pick up on 4/10), the car that took us was FILTHY, and the driver put his own tip in the credit card option after I told him I needed his assistance updating the payment option ( he spoke, and I surmise understood very little english). I've since disputed the charge with my credit card company. I am also reporting the company to the better business bureau, and I am canceling my upcoming car service trip ( transport from airport in Rome to hotel), that I've booked through Viatir because I've lost confidence in this portion of your service. Our birthday wknd ended on a low note as a result of this subpar driving service. Sadly, this was an incident of false advertising based on what was presented as transport in NY, and what was delivered.
