The driver was rude and in a very bad mood because I was allegedly late. Although, my pickup time was 1145am and I was ready since 1130.
Later, he forbade my little daughter to eat in the car (even if it was a 1 hour trip) and he was very rude with my wife about that.
During the trip, he was constantly looking his phone.
Last but not least, he insistedly demand to receive the money for the tolls and his tip. Even if I was not considering to paid him a tip (because the bad service he performed), when I paid him the tolls (around 10USD) with a 20 USD bill, he assumed the rest was his tip and he refused to give me back the change.
As a summary, a terrible experience.
