I used the La Guardia - Manhattan service round trip. On the way I left my prescription eyeglasses in the car and until today they warned that they couldn't contact the driver to check this situation . In this service they also warned that the tip was optional but the driver forced us to pay (we were going to pay anyway but his approach was rude). On the way back, nothing serious happened, but the drivers' approach is terrible. On both trips the cars were pretty dirty.
