Terrible customer service. The car was a RAV-4 which is in NO WAY a deluxe vehicle. It also appeared that the car was owned by the driver who may have been a subcontractor and not part of a fleet.
The car reeked of urine, so breathing was almost impossible. The longest 45 minutes of my life. I don't like that the quoted fare jumps up 10 or 15 bucks based on tolls. I did tip the driver but really this was a horrible experience and I'll never use them again. Should have opted for UBER/LYFT or a cab, all would have cost around the same and probably have better customer service.
Played phone tag with them for 2 weeks. Finally someone called me back but all she did was say oh, sorry and I'll tell the driver manager.
Do not book Carmel Limo. You get what you pay for and I think Dial7 or Arecibo might be better
