Come experience the only old-growth tree climbing activity in the State of Washington and create some unforgettable memories. This is your chance to do something not even .1% of the population has done, but now you can. In small-groups climb together on 1-4 trees between 100 and 200 feet high, depending on your athletic level. Some of the trees are even rare old-growth trees. See the unique perspective above the canopy and feel what it's like to be eye level with an eagle as you climb/swing around like a monkey through the open air and catch branches, while safely harnessed by rope. Climb your way up some of the tallest trees in the world to amazing views of the upper canopy, mountains, and ocean. Connect to nature like you have never done before, beyond the trail.

During this activity you will explore the special ecology of old-growth trees and its importance in our environment and so much more.

Our family of 4 (a teen and tween) did this together with another couple we didn't know back in August 2020. It was FANTASTIC. It was definitely the highlight of our camping trip to Deception Pass. Our guide, Rilen, was professional, fun, and an amazing teacher/instructor - he made us all feel comfortable with something that was out of our comfort zone (2/4 of us have a fear of heights). I highly recommend Rilen and the tree climbing experience through AdventureTerra. The views at the top are breathtaking, and this climb provided a sense of accomplishment and a boost of confidence for our kids. DO IT!

A great new experience for my father and I! We climbed three trees and the instructor even let me do a more challenging course. Leo was positive and knowledgeable - would definitely recommend this adventure for anyone! Especially if you like a bit of a challenge and want to get out of your comfort zone (safely).
