Any guest staying outside of Phoenix, Scottsdale or Tempe will be required to meet at an alternate location to be determined by supplier. Grand Canyon South Rim
You’ll experience approximately 2.5 hours within the National Park marveling at the beauty that is the Grand Canyon. You will be driven to viewpoints as well as have free time to walk to various viewpoints and points of interest. Visit the historic El Tovar Lodge, Hopi House, Mather Point or Yavapai Point (these viewpoints are subject to change), the Geology Museum and more incredible viewpoints! While at the South Rim of the Grand Canyon National Park, you will have opportunities to walk the rim, shop, capture an unlimited number of photographs, or enjoy lunch (own expense) and relax with the best seat in the house.

Phoenix
After departing the Phoenix metro area, our tour travels through the expansive Sonoran Desert filled with the native saguaro cactus. The scenery begins to change as we increase in elevation and views of the cactus fade into pine trees. As we continue further into Northern Arizona, we will travel the outskirts of the Route 66 town of Flagstaff and from the highway, see the San Francisco Peaks among the seemingly endless Ponderosa Pine Forest, the largest contiguous forest of ponderosa pines in the world.

Our driver/guide was extremely professional. He arrived on time and introduced himself to us. The van was clean. There was plenty of water for everyone. He told us when he was going to stop and why. He told us that we be stopping every hour to take a break. Along the way there He explained about the local vegetation and the five regions. When he stopped he told us where to go (bathrooms) and what to see. He made sure everyone was taken care of. He made the trip very informative, friendly and fun. He felt more like a friend than a guide. I would use them again. They made every step easy. They confirmed when we would be picked up and called me to make sure I had all the details.

The guide Sam was excellent. His knowledge of geology of Grand canyon and his sense of humour made the trip very entertaining. He looked after all of us very well. The view of the grand Canyon from the South rim was mesmerising. I will never forget the experience.

An incredible adventure led by an outstanding guide, Grand Canyon Sam! One of the best tours we have ever experienced! Sam made our ‘first’ view of the Grand Canyon so special as he led us with our eyes closed up to the rim and then counted to 3 and had us open our eyes! Such a spectacular moment as we stood in awe and wonder of our first view! He knew all the best viewing spots and he shared his love and knowledge of the Grand Canyon which made it so enjoyable. He is also an outstanding photographer and was always willing to take our camera to get pictures of us and the Canyon. Sam had some wonderful surprises planned for us throughout the day and far exceeded our expectations! We will forever cherish the memories from this amazing trip.
