After departing the Phoenix metro area, our tour travels through the expansive Sonoran Desert filled with the native saguaro cactus. The scenery begins to change as we increase in elevation and views of the cactus fade into pine trees. As we continue further into Northern Arizona, we will travel the outskirts of the Route 66 town of Flagstaff and from the highway, see the San Francisco Peaks among the seemingly endless Ponderosa Pine Forest, the largest contiguous forest of ponderosa pines in the world.

Williams will be our first stop along the tour for a chance to experience Route 66, the iconic American highway steeped in rich tradition. While in Williams, guests will have the opportunity to “get their kicks on Route 66” with walks along the original route, explore the local shops and capture souvenir photos highlighting a bygone era in classic American history. Also known as the Will Rodgers Highway, Route 66 is the most recognizable road in the United States and stretched 2,448 miles from Chicago to California upon completion.

The trip was AMAZING!! Sedona was beautiful. The Grand Canyon was spectacular and we even saw Route 66. The van was nice, comfy and clean. Our guide was fabulous!! I highly recommend this tour to everyone! I will do it again! I can't say enough good things about Cam our guide. He made sure everyone was taken care of. Offered interesting facts and even gave us tips on where to shop, eat, and what to see while on our vacation. He made the trip!

Our tour guide Michael was fun, entertaining, knowledgable and takes great photos! He took us to all the best spots and encouraged us to explore on our own. The spots were just breath taking and we were able to see one of God's truly magnificent wonders of the world.

Our tour guide, Jonathan, was very professional and knowledgeable of the area having lived all his life in Arizona. Our group had a minor situation (two people arrived late at the meeting place and then later decided they didn't want to go anymore because of the weather and threw a tantrum, lol), but Jonathan handled it professionally (though he was a bit flustered, but that's understandable). We were picked up as scheduled and then dropped off at the expected time. The whole trip took about 13 hours. The weather wasn't the greatest since there was a storm and it was snowy and windy up at the Grand Canyon. We were shown multiple viewing points showing different perspectives of the Grand Canyon. It was breathtaking. The short rest stops were also interesting - stopped in Sedona and the little villages on the way and Route 66 on the way back. We also watched the trip to Walley World movie (I forgot the title) on the drive back. Overall, it was a great experience, would definitely recommend this tour! Make sure to have plenty of rest the night before because the trip can be tiring.
