This is the only place in Alaska where you can mush your own team of dogs in the summer!

This is not a just a tour kennel; it is the training grounds and homestead of 4-time Iditarod champion, Dallas Seavey. All the dogs are either retired racing dogs (many have won the Iditarod), are currently on the race team, or are the next generation in training to become the next great champions! Our dogs are active and training year-round. As a guest musher here, you become part of Dallas Seavey Racing's year-round training program.

The group size for this experience is usually 6 or less people, with a guide assigned to each group, creating a very personal experience.

All of our dogs are extremely friendly, and love attention. Cuddle puppies, romp with young dogs, or walk with champions.

Our trip was fantastic. Even though it was a rainy day, the time we spent mushing was amazing. We enjoyed learning more about the dogs, and the sport. The guides were very knowledgeable and made the experience unforgettable!

We absolutely loved this tour. Chad and everyone there was so welcoming, knowledgeable, and fun! The sled ride was a blast! The time spent with the dogs and puppies was unforgettable! Loved every minute!

This tour was a lot of fun, staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, definitely got our money’s worth! Would highly recommend if you are traveling through Talkeetna!
