I loved everything about this class. The history of the gumbo and okra, the recipes, the Chef was great, and my classmates. The food turned out so delicious and I can't wait to make it with my mom. Sadly, the shrimp etoufee, however delicious, my body rejected it hahaha but it was good going down I will say. Banana foster was out of this world. I fell in love with this city and the food. I will be back soon with my sister and I know she will love everything about this class, maybe not the music as the bonafide jazz lover is me, but the food and drinks. Everyone will enjoy this class very much! Wish I could keep that apron though haha thank you! Love from NY! I will see you again! 😁❤
