This class was a great course for learning how to make roux, how to make your own vegetable stock, and how to be efficient in the process. The dishes were flavorful, and everything was hands on, the chopping, and the stirring-we all had individual rouxs going. I will definitely use what I learned. Our instructor Preston was engaging and attentive. I had a wonderful time, and now my husband knows how to help make roux!!!
