I booked by reservation by phone and got a real person right away. No answering machine. It was easy to set up my reservation and the ski package was delivered right on time. I'd recommend a premium ski package and a boot upgrade - you'll get a better skiing experience. I did change out the skis and it was a smooth easy process. When done with the skiing they called me and were spot on time with pick-up. I highly rate Black Tie for renting skis or boards. There were three in our group who rented from them and none had issues.

We could not have been any more pleased with our service and equipment that Black Tie brought to us! They were on time, fit the 4 people in our group super well and then the return was super easy! They were very easy to work with and very professional! Our equipment was top rate! Will rent from them again and again! Excellent service!!!

We have rented from Black Tie for three years in a row, in Deer Valley AND in Park City and we have been delighted with the experience every time. Ski trips can require a LOT of pre-planning, and then once you get to the mountain, there's always a hassle with the equipment. NOT WITH BLACK TIE. Book online and they show up wherever you are with your equipment. No hassles. We have rented from them when we've been in hotels and condos, and each time they have been on time with the right equipment. We have rented from other folks before we found them and their equipment is so superior, there is no comparison. We will rent with them every single time we are in Deer Valley!
