I had a great experience. I actually picked my skis up at the shop on Prospector Ave. Jillian fitted my skis, boots, etc and could not have been nicer or more professional. She even helped me take everything out to the car. I had an appointment for pick-up so they had everything ready for me making it easier to get to the slopes early. The quality of the ski package and fit was probably the best I've ever rented. Drop off took about a minute. Black Tie generally delivers skis but I was only renting one ski package for 1 day so I went to them. I have to say the whole experience was much more civilized than the assembly-line process at the resorts. I will definitely use Black Tie again!

We’ve used Black Tie at a couple of places and we will probably never use anyone else. The service is just awesome...especially if you are on a short trip, this is a huge time saver. Everything is taken care of...drop off and pick up couldn’t be more convenient. The skis were top notch...a few sets we got were brand new!!
