A friend recommended this service and it was fabulous. The rep showed up at our condo on time and had a couple of ski options ready based on my prior information. I had planned to use my own boots but we found an issue with one (I hadn't skied for a couple of years) so also could fit me with boots on the spot (for only $4 more per day). He could not have been more friendly or professional. And just leaving the equipment at the condo to pick up was great. Deer Valley has a good system for ski rentals but this service was a real step up.

We recently used Black Tie for our ski rentals for 4 adults at Deer Valley. This was our first time using the service. It was basically the same price as renting at Deer Valley proper but the process was so much more enjoyable. We scheduled our time for 10pm because we had a late flight. We were able to start an hour earlier and this was perfect because to fit 4 people it took about 1.5 hours. We did need someone to bring additional stock - we have two people with difficult feet - but what was great is that while one person was getting fitted the other people weren't all waiting. We were unpacking, eating, drinking wine, etc. We did require one "slopeside" visit the next day due to poor fit which once arranged worked well. We will definitely use them again.

I had a great experience. I actually picked my skis up at the shop on Prospector Ave. Jillian fitted my skis, boots, etc and could not have been nicer or more professional. She even helped me take everything out to the car. I had an appointment for pick-up so they had everything ready for me making it easier to get to the slopes early. The quality of the ski package and fit was probably the best I've ever rented. Drop off took about a minute. Black Tie generally delivers skis but I was only renting one ski package for 1 day so I went to them. I have to say the whole experience was much more civilized than the assembly-line process at the resorts. I will definitely use Black Tie again!
