The trip was cancelled prior to departure. Although I did receive a phone call letting me know, they still charged my credit card for the $50 tour and have not been able to get this charge cancelled. I asked why the tour was being cancelled last minute, and they said because there had been fog the prior days, but there was no fog on the day and time of the tour I had scheduled. I think the real reason was that they hadn't booked enough spots. Very unfortunate and terrible service.
