Horrible experience! Pathetic customer service. The ferry driver was either Hugh, drunk or incompetent, hit into the dock, Many of us fell and hurt ourselves badly they never apologised ot even updated us on what was going on, until.the Ferryy Police detectives came to our rescure. No refunds paid. Would not recommend at all!!!!
