This tour was awful. And actually we didn’t even finish it. We met at the designated area at the designated time. There were maybe 20 of us waiting. They walked us 2 blocks away to an empty bus. We all boarded and headed upstairs. We sat on the bus for 30 minutes before we started . So at a little after 8 we finally started to head into Times Square. We rode for maybe 1/2 a mile and the bus pulled over and parked. At that time they told us that we were going to transfer busses. They tried to move us onto a bus with no available seats. So now we left over 30 minutes late and then were asked to move to a bus with no seats. At that point we decided not to continue with the tour. So disappointing because we were so excited to see the Christmas lights in Manhattan. Do NOT recommend.

They made us change busses twice and we were more than an hour late. To make things even worse, they dropped us off more than a mile away from the start of the “tour”. And to top it off, there was a jumper on the bridge and the guide talked about it in front of all of the children on the bus.
