What To Expect

Phoenix Sonoran Desert Preserve

Your hot air balloon tour check in at the Deer Valley Airport Balloon Ride Parking Area, unless the roundtrip hotel transfers option is selected. Guests will float above the awe-inspiring Sonoran Desert viewing local landmarks, wildlife and plant life from above.

Camelback Mountain

Soar past iconic Camelback Mountain in the Phoenix Valley. This mountain is a favorite of local hikers and cyclists.

Downtown Phoenix

As the sun sets, you'll see Downtown Phoenix in the distance. As you come in to land, a table complete with linens and china awaits you in the heart of the desert, a clue to what you are about to enjoy! You'll be greeted with a traditional celebration that includes scrumptiously prepared gourmet cuisine from the award-winning Vincent’s on Camelback restaurant. First-time flyers will be treated to the legendary Balloonists Ceremony that balloonists all over the world have been sharing for more than a century.

A very enjoyable balloon ride with Craig and Todd. Craig was very knowledgable about the geography of the area we flew over. Our landing was very smooth for a hot air balloon and we had great evening to remember.

Talked my husband into a hot air balloon ride to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first time up and we were a little nervous. Our pilot, Captain Craig was amazing. He clearly took his job seriously and all jitters were gone once we lifted off. The views were incredible and the champagne and appetizers upon landing added a nice touch. Hats off to the Captain and his crew!!
