Zach was a great captain and tour guide across Kachemak Bay! We used the water taxi to go do the Grewingk Glacier Hike. This was by far our favorite activity during our visit! Breathtaking views and a fun hike. We had the boat to ourselves, and it was a wonderful experience! Would highly recommend.

Our wildlife trip was 10x better than I could have even hoped for. Captain John was super accommodating and helpful throughout. All of our wildlife stops provided extremely close up views and we were never rushed. Would 100% go with Coldwater taxi and captain John again.

Captain John was amazing, he did everything in his power to show us the most wildlife, in two hours, that he could. His knowledge of the area and animals was extensive. They keep groups small so you are not crowded. We saw sea otters, seals, eagles, two types of puffins and many other sea birds. He didn't rush things and made sure we had the time we needed to get our pictures and memories. We checked out many tour places on the spit but Sally at Coldwater was the friendliest and most professional. Thank you John and Sally for a day my family will never forget.
