Aurora is a natural phenomenon and cannot be predicted with 100% accuracy. We cannot guarantee that you will be able to see the aurora borealis, as Weather conditions are constantly changing and other conditions may also change.
We would not cancel due to lack of lights or cloudy skies.
Even if it snows a little, the tour will not be cancelled because the weather may change.
Dangerous weather conditions (heavy snow, rain, icy roads) and emergencies may result in cancellations.
Because of the natural things involved we have a NO REFUND policy.

The same cancellation policy applies to cancellations due to flight or train delays.

The lodge was really cozy with the complimentary hot drinks and the educational and entertaining videos, all while waiting for the Aurora Borealis to come out and grace us with her presence… and she didn’t disappoint. She was beautiful. The host was so accommodating and constantly updates us of what’s going on in the skies.

Micchi the host tried his best to find the Lights for us. At the lodge it rained and no lights to be seen. He drove us another 30 minutes searching. We knew it wasn't guaranteed so bless him for his effort. I didn't realize the lodge was his homemade cabin. It was ok but not what I expected. You may put a description on website.

Thank you for coming to our lodge and for your comments. We are very sorry that you were not able to see the Northern Lights and that you were not satisfied with your stay. Regarding the lodge, the second floor where you stayed was not handmade by us, only the interior of the first floor is handmade.

Muchi was nice enough. The weather didn't cooperate, but we completely understand that. We all just wanted to go back to our hotels because it was obvious that the skies were not going to clear, but he kept trying to wait it out and drove us all around Fairbanks to find clear skies. On top of that, he drove "by" our hotel three separate times when returning us, only extending the misery.

It is very unfortunate that you were not satisfied with our tour. It was raining at our lodge that day. However, the eastern area was clear and there were reports of aurora sightings. Normally we do not do this, but we wanted all of you to have a chance to see the Northern Lights if there was a possibility. So we asked everyone's opinion and everyone wanted to go, so we drove. When you leave, we send everyone back to the hotel in a certain order. And we do not pass by your hotel three times.
