The stops aren’t clearly marked. The headset volume is horrible so you cannot hear well and half the time it’s not even information about Chicago but awful music. The guides could get on the mic and give some history or information but didn’t. Worst hop on hop off tour I have ever been on.

Our tour was a day late due to cancelled flights. But catherine was really good and ask for the bus company if we can apply our ticket the ff day and they let us. Thank you so much! Kids enjoy the tour bus

Not good! The bus never showed up, we waited an hour at Hilton hotel and it never came! Spent $106 and never got a bus.
