We bought the 2 day pass and wasn’t able to find a bus anywhere! App say it’s supposed to come around every 30-45 min and we were showing 60 min and then it just kept changing! Sat waiting at the Willis tower over an hour and finally walked back to hotel! We ended up walking over 20,000 steps our first day in Chicago! Company refused to give us a refund even though tickets were never redeemed! Waste of $244.!!!

The app was horrible the buses never updated, the wait at each stop was 30-40 minutes even when you got on the bus! The drivers were good but your time and money is better spent taking a taxi!

Enjoyed seeing various parts of Chicago. However, it was very cold on the bus - even the downstairs where I moved to get warm. I also thought there were a lot of things that could have been better.
