The big bus tours are great way to see any city. The prerecorded audio was more of a distraction and annoyance then helpful. At times it was not aligned with the location our tour bus was located and as not helpful. Miss the days of a real human with a microphone to have interactions and a personal experience. Bus was clean, and a great ride. Kudos to the drivers who took their time and paused the audio to let us know about sites.

Initially, it wasn't clear how to use the narration feature since the driver didn't point the disposable headphones out to me. Also, the drivers sometimes had their own narrations clashing with the recorded one. Other than that, the tour was great! I had a good time, learned a lot, and was able to complete the loop the next day (it's a great feature that I'm given 24 hours rather than 1 day to do the tour!)

We took the tour a few years ago and really enjoyed it. I miss hearing facts and trivia about the city from a live person. Too much banter and songs from the narrator.
