Very nice overview of downtown Chicago's high points. Enjoyed the convenience of being able to get off and back on at any of the attractions.

It was a fantastic way to see the town. Dorothy helped get me set up with the ear phones and we were off. It was such a cold day, but we were so warm in the bus.

Very dissapointed. It was raining, so my family and I were located on the lower deck of the bus, however the bus had the windows view completely blocked because they placed advertising on the outside of the bus. We traveled around Chicago without been able to view something and we were dizzy by trying to watch through the blocked windows. Sitting on the upper deck was not an option as opening umbrellas is forbidden. Requested a refund and the Big Bus Chicago company only recognized 15%. Muy decepcionante. Estaba lloviendo así que con mi familia nos ubicamos en el piso inferior del bus, sin embargo todas las ventanas del bus tenían la vista bloqueada porque en el exterior del bus pusieron mensajes publicitarios. Viajamos por Chicago sin poder ver absolutamente nada e incluso nos mareamos por tratar de ver a través de las ventanas bloqueadas. Sentarnos en la parte superior no era una opción porque prohiben usar sombrillas/paraguas. Solicité una devolución del dinero y la compañía Big Bus Chicago solo devolvió el 15%.
