We loved Alysia the bus driver she was great. She have so much great info. The tracker on the app was not working and one guy from the big bus told us to run to the stop about 5 blocks away on a hot day. They did not hold that bus and it left. So we had to wait another 40 mins or walk all the way back. It is not that hard to track a bus and wait when they have walkie talkies. It was disappointing so we missed 5 stops and had to go all the way back around to see them and the bus stopped at 5 so we had to Uber back! This part of the experience with only one day in Chicago was disappointing.

Loved that we could get on and off at any stop. We would not have been able to do as much if we would have had to walk all the places. We had a little trouble finding the stops, the app helped alot. Would suggest downloading that before you start your experience. Drivers were friendly and knowledgable of the city. Our driver late in the afternoon was awesome. She interacted with us, was funny and just an all around nice lady. I'm very sorry I cannot remember her name!

The worst customer service experience ever. None of the phone numbers answered. No description was available online when I wanted to book my trip, and later on after installing the app I could find the differences between the different tiers of booking. No clear sign for the stops were posted, except one small sign next to the sidewalk which could barely seen from the other side and of course not even seen from the opposite side of the street. The busses were not in time as it's described on the website! The only positive thing is the path they take and visitors can see the main attractions in downtown.
