I thought I was paying for a day tour, but after paying with my Visa, it said I had a night tour. When trying to CANCEL, Viator said I had a nonrefundable ticket and, since I didn't go on the tour, my money was lost (even if I had canceled). I feel that I'm a victim of false advertising.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The woman who helped with our ticket purchase went out of her way to help us and even remembered us and waved the following day. Drivers are pleasant, kept to schedule and drove safely. Thank you all

The Bus operators we had not only played the recordings, but a few added commentary and color during the tour as well as pointed out attractions that we may want to visit at the stop that we were going to
