We took the tour yesterday. I was on crutches, which meant traveling had to be a bit easier than we had originally planned and we thought this would save on walking. It probably would have if they didn't leave us stranded!! We got left at Millennial Park, even though we asked if there would be at least one more bus to take us back. We were assured at least one more bus would be back. A group of 10+ of us got dropped off and then the bus never arrived again. We had to walk over a mile on crutches!! It was fun for the first bit, but being left behind for no reason was not okay at all. I won't ever use this service, and I've warned my social media following to avoid it as well.

We waited at stop #4 for an hour before the supposed last bus and it never came! We ended up walking back to Navy Pier. Very disappointing!

A great way to see the city - I wish there was a second big bus tour daytime loop to see more. A second day on this single loop is not required.
