First driver didn’t tell us to get ear phones. We were already upstairs and moving when we realized they must have been downstairs. The 2nd driver never talked. Never told us what stops we were at. The 3rd driver…. Oh wait there wasn’t a 3rd driver as we were never picked up from Navy Pier. We sat there for 60 minutes and then learned is was going to be another 32 minutes before it arrived. So we then walked back to our hotel because it was already after 4. So we never finished the complete tour. We realize the President was in town at noon. We were delayed an extra 30 minutes catching a bus at The Bean stop. That was around 1 and we totally understood that one. So we got a partial tour with no information about the sites. We did enjoy the two stops we got off at.

Timing of pick-ups was inconsistent, but it's a great way to get around the city! Some very entertaining drivers.

The app was not up to date so you never knew when a bus would arrive. Stopping places were not great. Quite disappointed with this for how much it costs.
