It was pouring rain the day we took the tour. We would have been fine sitting inside the bus except the windows were totally covered with a big advertisement so you could not see out of them. I attempted to contact the company through their online form and received no response. The only phone number I could find (after much searching) goes to voicemail which also received no response. So if there’s any problem at all there is no way to speak with anyone.

This is the perfect way to see Chicago and get to the most important attractions. I was lucky to have great weather and sit on the second floor. I really enjoyed it.

I have utilized the hop on/off busses in several cities, I did not care for the pre recorded narration. It was horrible.
