Caught the bus on Father’s Day with Candace the bus driver who added rhythm and soul to our tour 🫶🫶 we were disappointed to not catch her bus later that day as the normal recorded commentary was mundane. Look out for Candace

Not Dog friendly. Not even in a bag. I never experienced that befor. What should happen in a bag? Please think about that Big Bus. In every other state it's never a problem before. But Chicago seems diffrent.

We do allow Service animals on our bus, however, we do have to think about the other guests and if your animal was not a service animal, we can not allow non service-animals on, for the safety of others. This is listed in our Terms and Conditions on our website. 1.20 SERVICE ANIMALS Big Bus will accept, without charge, a service animal required to assist a person with a disability. To the reasonable extent possible, Big Bus will assign a seat to the person that provides sufficient space for the person and the service animal. The service animal will not be permitted to occupy a passenger seat. To the extent permitted or required by law, and at their sole discretion, Big Bus reserves the right to refuse any service animal on board its buses when reasonably necessary, for the comfort or safety of other passengers and Big Bus employees. We are sorry this was not satisfactory to you.

Very disappointed. Got on bus, sat down and then found out from a passenger we needed headphones. No personal touches from driver. Didn’t pay to hear music sent to the headphones.
