We enjoyed our day on the Big Bus Tour. We stayed at a hotel on the Riverwalk and opted to start the tour at Stop # 1. We spent the majority of our day viewing the sights at the various stops throughout the city. We got off at the Willis Tower stop and went up to the Skydeck, as it was our daughter's first time at the Willis Tower. We also stopped at Millennium Park and saw the Crown Fountain and The Bean. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and our wait time never exceeded the suggested wait time.

Bianca, Eric and J. Washington were outstanding! Bianca was exceptional in pointing a variety of points of interest and supporting information from the script. Eric and J. Washington were extremely patient, helpful and funny. The BigBus USA great way to get around and see Chicago. We will recommend this to everyone!

Great service!! Our bus tour was full at 7:30pm they took us at 8:30pm. Very happy that I got to do this tour, again great service 🙌🏽Thank you both the chofer and the boy checking us in 🙌🏽
