Drizzly day so we thought we’d ride the bus around. We stayed on one bus most of the time - which was a mistake- the bus we were on was very bad. The timing was off on the pre-recorded commentary and the driver clearly had zero interest in guest experience. We had to change buses at one stop and the difference was amazing. We loved the last 2 stops of our experience. Lesson to share: if your bus is bad- get off and try another! Our second driver (I’m sorry I can’t tell you her name) was great and she clearly cared about her guests and her city.

Loved our bus tour guide/Driver…Even though he was supposed to just play the recorded version, he gave us a personal narrative on the history/places etc. Plus he was very personable too! I believe his name is William Franklin?

Bus was early at our pickup spot #8 however, when we got to stop #1, driver kept bus there for 30mins. There was no social distancing because for 30mins people kept coming on board! Finally left with a fully packed bus!!
