I would give a negative million stars if I could! Consumers, please read this! They took our money and abandoned us. They promised a bus would come every 20 minutes. We got dropped off at the very first stop and were never picked up. We waited over an hour, so in theory, three busses should have come by. This company is a SCAM. When you call the number on the brochure it goes directly to a busy signal. They are highly visible to heavy traffic visitors strolling down Michigan Ave, but really hard to find when you're stranded. They take your money and won't refund it. I will definitely be calling the Better Business Bureau and disputing the charge with my credit card company. Please don't fall victim to these seemingly innocent nice sales people who PROMISE you a tour and deliver NOTHING! BUYER BEWARE!

The ability to get a good overall layout of downtown was great. We had two different buses through the full trip. First driver added nothing to the very awful recorded commentary. The second driver was wonderful and told good history stories between the commentary.

The ride itself is nice, however the pre-recorded tour guide banter is completely cheesy . Bus driver forced to act like a baby sitter. We would not recommend this particular sightseeing bus.
