What a great way to see and experience the city!! I miss the guide(s) narrating the tour. The pre-recorded narrative wasn’t as informative as a live person. The drivers were just drivers.

Thank you so much for allowing me the opportunity to pay $80 for my husband and I to ride on the big bus with a prerecorded tour guide who was about 5 minutes late on points of interest. When we realized we just missed the stop we wanted to get off at, we stood up to try to get off and we’re admonished by a rude driver who wouldn’t give us the opportunity to explain why we were standing. The driver only stopped the bus if there were people waiting to get on the bus. The person who checked us in was totally disinterested when we asked if he had any recommendations on which stops would be the most interesting from a native Chicagoan. No help there! I would not recommend this tour in Chicago.

Seeing the city of Chicago by bus was nice, but the canned presentation and places out of sync at times were annoying. The driver couldn't care less. Also the route was chaotic with so many twists and turns and no map so we could get our bearings.
