Enjoyed the tour, would be nice if the buses came a little quicker and a few stops could be marked that it is a stop. The recorded information was informative but a couple of drivers that gave additional information sure made it worthwhile.

Really appreciated the clear commentary aboard the buses. Wish there was just a phone number where you could talk to someone. We had the bus scheduled for two days and I wanted to change the dates of the scheduling and could NOT reach anyone. I tried for a couple of days and even sent an e-mail without results. SO FRUSTRATING. I ended up only using the bus for one day and so it was really expensive for us to only get to do it for a day, and still NO recourse. I have NOT had this experience with other hop on hop off companies.

If you want to be jammed into a bus with standing room only, this is the tour for you! Posted all over the bus about social distancing….non-existent! Also, live guides are gone and it’s all pre-recorded which makes it lose something!
