Unfortunately, my entire trip was canceled because of the issues at Southwest. According to Trip Advisor, I should have been able to cancel my bus tour within 24 hours of the tour. I canceled within 27 hours (and I have the email confirmation to prove it) and yet, they refuse to refund me. It is extremely disappointing and unfair to say the least.

Had to wait over an hour for bus to show up at stop. There was no sign at 171 N State stop. Called for assistance - totally useless. Found stop across street at 164 N State. Understand that changes to printed materials may be hard to kept current, but the website wad not current! No head sets available. No maps available. A map would have been nice to reference. No guide pointing out areas of interest. Could not hear prerecorded tape of points of interest. Then in the rain we had to change buses at Stop #1 on Wacker. Once on the bus you could not see out if the windows at all. The screens on the windows were filled with water BAD design as the last bus had no screens so you could see out the windows. Wastes of $50/person.

Our driver. We were fortunate enough to have Anton as our guide/driver on our tour around the city. He was entertaining and full of information that he added to the pre-recorded guide. If it were not for the driver, I probably would not be giving a review at all, as I rarely give reviews.
