Could not find stop. Wandered for 45 mins. Could not talk to anyone, only a machine Left a message but no one ever called back. Due to heavy rain, had to sit inside and could see nothing. After 2 hours, had a new bus whereby we could see out of windows. So, very disappointing.

First of all good luck trying to find an actual pick up location. If you download the app, which I did you can see “pin points” as to where to bus stops for you to hop on. But there’s NO ADDRESS! Even our Uber driver was complaining. He said it tough for them too. Once we finally found the bus the staff was friendly. We were first on the bus so we were able to get good seats up top. It was a gloomy day and they offered complimentary ponchos which was very nice. There “tour” was prerecorded and extremely out of date. Played through speakers and only a few of those worked. When we could hear and the “guide” (pre recorded childish information) we had no idea what they were talking about. Only a few times would say “the building on your left”. Come on, we are obviously tourist and have no idea what we are looking at. Anyways, the commentary was very out dated, talked about things that have not been available for over three years! We did enjoy seeing things and it gave us the opportunity to decide if we wanted to come back to a place that looked neat, since we didn’t know anything else about it.

Terrible! The information was a boring canned prerecording and since no “live” person was providing information along the ride it was out of sync. Many times we’d pass a point of interest and minutes later they’d provide content about it. Had attended a hop on hop off experience few years ago in Chicago & the tour guide was outstanding. Sooo disappointed. I want my $ back.
