this service is a joke live map did not work on the app made it 1 stop the driver grazed a car had to sit and wait slightly bent the bus mirror so they pulled over and would not drive the bus. total waste of time while 3 supervisors tried to figure out what to do

Riding with Eddie and Lance (Harry and Lloyd would be a better description), I learned very little about Chicago. They're pleasant enough but love the sound of their own voice and Lance constantly waffles nonsense about his own likes and dislikes. The tour took the two hours but missed out a large portion of the route on the route map. This was down to constant toilet/ vape stops for Harry and Lloyd. I really can't recommend this and think it a real waste of $46

Buses ran often, and our guide Bongi was incredible! She’s the best tour guide we’ve ever had. She made the trip very enjoyable. We had the pass for two days and it really helped us get our bearings for the rest of our stay.
