We had a great day weather wise. Sunny, 83 degrees, slight breeze. After the first stop it was obviously a much better plan to stay on and enjoy the good seats we had on top near the back. I don't think you can get even half the entertainment from being inside, down below. To be honest, I didn't like either of the 2 guides we had. The first seemed to promote specific stores and food outlets, like he was getting a cut. After 2 stops we had to change buses. Luckily we got basically the same seats. New bus, new crew. Both drivers we had were awesome. I would hate to have to drive a bus around busy streets all day. They both were extremely patient and careful. The second guide I found absolutely boring. Barely any history mentioned. He seemed more interested in naming every single store on both the high end shopping streets and mid range streets. Seemed to be a lot of celebrity worship as well. Maybe that is what interests most people. He even went in detail about the Bears chances this season. The views and the route were excellent and I am glad we did take the tour. It just would have been much more enjoyable if we had a guide with a personality
