Where do I start...This bus tour is not only the best way to get around to see the attractions easily, but the staff is extremely helpful in all ways. The tour guides were all fun and engaging, sharing interesting information and pointing out various points of interest along the way to each stop. The drivers are AMAZING the way they navigate traffic and the city is nothing short of a miracle. BUT, what we will never forget is how they quickly and efficiently handled an emergency we experienced. At one of the stops, while waiting for the next bus, we decided to relax in an adirondack chair in a small park right near the stop's kiosk. Once on the next bus and on our way to the next stop, I suddenly realized I had left my backpack (containing our wallets, tickets, credit card, money....virtually our entire vacation...) behind on one of the chairs at the park. We had a few seconds of panic and rushed up to the driver to explain what happened. He quickly resolved the situation and calmed us down. He radioed back to the operator of the kiosk at that last stop and asked him to walk up and see if he could find our bag. We were certain it would be long gone. However, he found it (and we stayed on the radio with him the whole time) and we breathed a huge sigh of relief. He gave it to the driver that was coming to the next stop, so we simply got off and waited a few minutes, when the bus arrived he handed me my bag! We didn't even miss a beat! These operators certainly did not have to help us but they went out of their way and because of them and their fast actions, our vacation was saved! We forgot to get the names of the driver and the gentleman back at the stop that recovered our bag, but if there is a way we could reward them or even tell their supervisors how great they were we will do that. Anyway, YES, this tour gets even more than 5 stars from us. If we could give them 10 stars we would!

We highly recommend purchasing a ticket as this is the best way to see Chicago. We had 2 different tour guides who were very knowledgable and amusing, good job Matty & Miss B!
