I had a guest visiting from Houston and we enjoyed the tour very much. As my friend was preparing to fly home the next day, he realized that his driver's license and credit card had fallen out of his pocket while we were on the bus. We called Big Bus and were told that both the license and cc had been found. They then had a driver deliver both to my place so that my friend could make his flight. I found this to be extraordinary customer service on top of a very enjoyable tour!

The Big Bus was just perfect for our schedule of activities! We easily bought tickets online and printed a ticket before we left home. We were able to catch the bus first thing Sunday morning right around the corner from our Best Western in River North. Rode to our first attraction, Sears Tower, and got back on afterwards. We also exited the bus at Navy Pier to ride the river cruise. Then we rode back around to Millennium Park to see the Bean (don’t miss it!). Walked to stop 8, got back on, and rode back to stop 13, where we first got on. Perfect! We had four different guides. Everyone was good, and Bongi was outstanding!
