What excellent customer service. We just missed the bus and Steve saw our group of 10 running for the stop. He pulled over to let us on. It was 95 degrees and walking around with 5 little kids would have sucked! But Steve saved the day! Great tour of the city!

I truly enjoyed my experience with the Big Bus Company in Chicago. I made some calls beforehand so that I knew exactly where to meet them. They were courteous and helpful. While on the bus, our narrator, Liam, was informative and lively. It was a fun tour and we got to see great sites.

BigBus Tours provided a wonderful experience. I highly recommend the night tour (Jake was wonderful) and the day tour as well. All staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
