It started off great ( which is why I gave it a 2 ) but - We were told by the guide ( I believe his name was Nick ) that when the bus stopped at the Chicago skyline that we could get out and take pictures - when the driver blows the horn we are to return to the bus. Nick took pictures for us - he was snapping pics for others ... we were admiring the view ... horn blew... we turned and started up the steps to the sidewalk and HE DROVE AWAY ! There were 10 of us ! How do you not notice 10 people missing from the top of the bus ! He had been talking to us for over an hour while touring so far. We had were over a 30 minute drive from getting back and it was 9:30 at night !

I started my tour at the Willis Tower, hopping off at the Tower mall, located on the grand Magnificient Mile. The tour was quite informative, the tour guide was not only knowledgeable but hilarious as well. We saw the Bean, located in Millennium Park and the Crown Fountain. The guide provided statistics on the Chicago architecture along the route as well. They cover all of the tourist locations providing adequate Chicago detail along the way. A MUST DO!!
