Bongi and Karen were awesome! Bongi has great knowledge of the city and really had us wanting to stay on. We hopped aboard with James later in the day and his knowledge was awesome too. He had different information, more from theatre/movie perspective which was also cool. I highly recommend the tours- we have done one in a few different cities throughout the world and they never disappoint. Great way to see a city, learn about the significance of buildings, etc. when you’re only in town for a couple of days!

I would like to give this tour a 5 expect for one very important reason. We were on three different buses and it was extraordinarily hot below deck! On 2 of the 3 buses, we could not even open windows ....there was NO air circulation what so ever. I realize that winters are cold in Chicago, but summers can be very warm and some people need to sit below due to sun sensitivity. Only when the Big Bus Chicago Tour adds air conditioning will I consider using them again.

The hub and I always do a hop on hop off tour whenever we visit a city or country. This tour had an unfriendly, cranky, sarcastic tour guide who apparently had to wait to take lunch at a later time. He as well as the driver was furious and very vocal about it. Not professional and the driver was driving reckless. We couldn't get of that bus fast enough!
