We were in town July 13th and 14th and used Big Bus. We never had a negative experience! We really enjoyed everyone's tours. It was fun to get on a new bus and hear something new from someone else. Traffic was even more crazy because of the Taste of Chicago but your drives handled those jams like champs! We look forward to using you guys again when we go back!

We had a wonderful time touring, and our guide was knowledgeable. I would have liked to receive the popcorn and bag that we were supposed to receive.

In regards to the free popcorn and drawstring back pack you could've picked those items up from the designated areas which was listed on both of your bonus ticket. Backpack, stop 4 at the Millennium Park Park Shop, and the popcorn from any garrets popcorn along our route which were at stops 4,10 and 11.
