We rode the bus all weekend and really enjoyed it. The company is organized and very good about insuring that if you don't get a seat on the top at first, you get dibs before new people getting on the bus. We had the opportunity to experience several different guides. Ian was wonderful, but Liam was the worst! He couldn't say enough about how bad Chicago - and the people who live there - are. We're from the Chicago area and were very offended! I could see the other tourists looking at each other in disbelief that the company would hire someone who would denigrate the city that their customers were excited to visit. He also told too many personal stories. Big Bus should fire him!

I really enjoyed the bus ride - lots to see. Great way to get around Chicago. However I did think it was expensive compared to other Hop on/off buses around the world!
